Episode-1: - Gravity Falls comic: Don't you die on me of Gravity Falls: Don't you die on me comic, a Gravity Falls fanfiction comic. Stanley witnesses his brother Stanford being seriously injured after being attacked by a monster. Stanley tries to stop the bleeding until the ambulance arrives, but it doesn't help. With the last of his strength, Stanford tells his brother that if he dies, he shouldn't blame himself. Stanley doesn't want to accept such a scenario, especially since he has been fighting for Ford's return home for the past 30 years. When the ambulance reaches the Mystery Shack, Stanford loses consciousness. The paramedics have to resuscitate him. Stanley accompanies Ford on the way to the hospital, all the time promising him that he will pull through. After arriving at the hospital, the paramedics take Ford to the emergency room, and Stanley is left alone in the waiting room with his thoughts and the hope that his brother will survive. Will Stanley be right?

After Ford's vital signs are restored, the doctor informs Stanley that his brother is in critical condition and requires immediate life-saving surgery. Stanley fears that he may lose his brother at any moment. He decides to stay in the hospital until the surgery is completed. At the same time, a worried Courtney, along with Dipper, Mabel and Soos, try to find Stanley and Ford in the Mystery Shack, but they are nowhere to be found.
