Episode-41: - Page 36 of A prospect of change, a Undertale fanfiction comic. Greet grandma Martlet! She tends to oversleep when we meet her in Undertale Yellow but older people often wake up early due to biology. Does it apply to monsters in canon as well? I don't know but in this particular AU it does.

Poor bird can't retire in peace. She woke up early with a mission - to rescue a human! How convenient, huh? However it's not random. How did she know will be revealed in the future. Though... Pages that I uploaded so far have a small hint. I wonder if anyone can find it? (probably no one, lol) (it's not from the dogs)

In this AU Martlet taught Papyrus about puzzles when he was younger. Kinda like Gerson and Undyne. In this scene Papyrus greets her coldly because he knows what he has to do now - deliver Frisk to Undyne. He wants to plead that Frisk isn't a danger to monsters but he knows that this probably won't work.

In the last page, his "well, at least you're not a human" was to give an impression that he doesn't know so Frisk won't try anything funny. But Frisk knows that he knows.
